Neighborhoods

Grand Forks AFB Homes is comprised of eight distinct neighborhoods and serves Active Duty military personnel stationed at Grand Forks Air Force Base. Select neighborhoods are also open to other qualified applicants, as indicated below. Dakota Skies

Beds: 2 – 4
Baths: 2 – 3
Eligibility: E1 – E9, O1-O4

The Dakota Skies neighborhood includes a variety of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes with exceptional features like a fenced-in yard, garage and master suite. Families in Dakota Skies enjoy walking trails and playgrounds, as well as close proximity to the Base Exchange, Nathan Twining Elementary School and Grand Forks Commissary.
